This page explains how you can request deletion of your Notes V account and the data associated with that account.
If you can still access your Notes V account, the recommended method is to delete your account directly from inside the app.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion request.
When an account deletion request is completed, Notes V may delete data associated with your account, including:
Guest Mode data may be stored locally on your device. Guest data can normally be removed from within the app using the available guest-data deletion option, or by clearing the app's local storage.
Deleting a registered account does not necessarily affect unrelated data stored only in Guest Mode on another local session or device.
If you cannot access the app or cannot use the in-app deletion option, you may request account deletion by email.
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Notes V account where possible.
For security, we may ask you to provide enough information to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing the request.
Most account-linked Notes V data is intended to be removed as part of the account deletion process.
Limited information may be retained temporarily where necessary to complete the deletion request reliably, prevent abuse or fraud, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or keep a minimal record that a deletion request was completed.
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period. The exact time may vary depending on account verification, service availability, and the amount of account-linked data that needs to be removed.
